• Defective product
• Size/faulty exchange
Return Conditions
• Unopened items: Full refund (buyer pays ₹79 return shipping)
• Opened crystals: 10% restocking fee applies
• Must be in original packaging with invoice
• Spiritual beads require lab certificate for full refund
Not Eligible (No Returns)
• Change of mind
• Custom jewelry
• Beaded bracelets (unless damaged)
• Decorative trees (unless damaged)
• Products matching exact specifications
Refund Timeline
• Processing: 3-5 business days
• Prepaid: 5-7 days to original payment
• COD: Share bank details for processing
• Courier charges/taxes non-refundable

• Size issues? Free exchange + prepaid return label
• Same/higher value product swap
