Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. However, returns and exchanges are accepted only under specific conditions:

 Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted only if your product arrives damaged during shipping or if you receive an incorrect item.

Timeframe: You must request a return or exchange within 7 days  of receiving your order. The product must be returned in its original unused condition.

Exclusions: We cannot accept returns or exchanges beyond the 7-day period   .

Additionally, if a product is proven to be synthetic or artificial by a recognized and accredited testing lab (ISO certified or internationally renowned), you are entitled to a full refund, return, or exchange. Please note that courier charges, taxes, and duties are not refundable.

  Categories Not Eligible for Return (Unless Damaged):

Please note, returns are not possible for the following categories unless the product arrives damaged:

  1. Custom Jewelry
  2. Beaded Bracelets
  3. Spiritual Beads
  4. Decorative Trees
  5. Festive Accessories
  6. Products that match your order specifications exactly

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed within    7 days    and should reflect in your account within    10-12 working days   . Please note that bank processing times may cause additional delays.

  • For prepaid purchases (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking), the refund will be credited back to the original account within    5-7 working days   .
  • For COD orders, we will request your bank details to process the refund.

Exclusions for Returns or Exchanges

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Disliking the product after purchase
  • Minor packaging flaws
  • Slight color or size variations

We strongly encourage you to review our product details and size guides before placing your order to prevent sizing issues.

Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to offer a seamless shopping experience. However, once an order is placed, cancellations are not permitted.

If your order is still pending shipment, you may request to add items to your order or exchange for another product of equivalent value.

  Conditions for Eligibility for Return

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused state.
  • All returns are subject to inspection and verification by the ASNUVA team.
  • Damages caused by misuse or neglect are not covered.
  • Products must be accompanied by the original invoice certificates packaging, and any other included items.
  • Spiritual Beads will only be accepted if they include a certificate from an approved testing lab.
