We offer Free Delivery on all orders above ₹499 and cover the shipping cost ourselves to ensure a smooth and convenient experience for you. However, when an order is returned due to non-delivery, we incur significant courier charges. Therefore, we kindly request you to provide a complete and accurate address while placing your order and accept the delivery when the courier partner arrives.
For Prepaid Orders, there is no order verification required. Your order will be shipped within 1 day, and we will try our best to deliver it to you within 5–7 working days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders, please allow 1–2 days for order verification, 1 additional day for processing, and a few more days for delivery. Overall, you can expect to receive your order within 7-10 working days.

Return & Replacement Policy

No Return Policy:
Due to the sacred and personal nature of spiritual products such as Gemstones, Rudraksha,
Crystals, and Puja items, we do not accept returns once the product is
delivered.
All sales made on our platform are final and non-returnable.
Replacement for Damaged Products:
If your product arrives damaged during shipping, we will provide a replacement
under the following conditions:
You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
You must provide:
1. Clear unboxing video (starting before opening the package)
2. Photos of the damaged product
3. Photos of the shipping package
4. Without an unboxing video, damage claims may not be accepted.
Replacement Process:
Once our team verifies the damage. A replacement product will be shipped at shipping cost of ₹100/-
Non-Eligible Cases:
Replacement will not be accepted in the following cases -
1. Claim raised after 24 hours of delivery
2. Product damaged due to customer handling
3. No unboxing video provided
