For Prepaid Orders, there is no order verification required. Your order will be shipped within 1 day, and we will try our best to deliver it to you within 5–7 working days.

Replacement for Damaged Products:
If your product arrives damaged during shipping, we will provide a replacement

2. Photos of the damaged product

4. Without an unboxing video, damage claims may not be accepted.
Replacement Process:
